1. Preparation before use
● Check the input voltage specification of the welding machine. It is strictly prohibited to connect other levels of voltage, so as to prevent the welding machine from burning and working.
● According to the actual power of the equipment, correctly select the power wiring, and confirm that the voltage meets the requirements of the welding machine.
● Connect the grounding wire of welding machine to avoid electric shock.
● Clean the oil pipeline joints and connect them to all parts of the welding machine correctly.
● Check the heating plate, and use it before the first hot-melt welding every day or before converting pipes of different diameters for welding. After cleaning the heating plate by other methods, the heating plate must be cleaned by crimping to form a cleaning method; if the coating of the heating plate is damaged, it should be replaced
● Before welding, the heating plate shall be preheated to ensure uniform temperature
2. Butt fuison welding machine operation
● The pipe shall be leveled with roller or bracket, the concentricity shall be adjusted, and the pipe out of roundness shall be corrected with fixture, and 3-5cm shall be reserved Weld spacing.
● Check and adjust the data of the pipe to be welded to be consistent with the actual data of the welding machine (pipe diameter, SDR, color, etc.)
● It is qualified to mill the welding surface of the pipeline with enough thickness to make the welding end face smooth and parallel, and achieve continuous 3 turns
● The unfitness of the pipe butt joint is less than 10% or 1mm of the wall thickness of the welded pipe; it must be re milled after re clamping
● Place the heating plate and check the temperature gauge of the heating plate (233 ℃), when the edge of the welding area on both sides of the heating plate is convex. When the lifting height reaches the specified value, start the heat absorption countdown under the condition that the heating plate and the welding end face are closely connected.
● Switch the butt joint, the heating plate will take out after the specified welding time is reached, quickly weld the pipe surface and add Pressure.
● When the cooling time is reached, the pressure will be zero, and the welded pipe fittings will be removed after hearing the alarm sound.
3. Operation precautions
● The operators of the hot-melt welding machine must be specially trained by the relevant departments and pass the examination before going to work; non operation is strictly prohibited For personnel use.
● The main power supply and control box of the welding machine are not waterproof, and it is strictly prohibited to allow water to enter the electrical appliance and control box when using; if it is rainy, it shall be applied take protective measures for welding machine.
● When welding below zero, proper heat preservation measures must be taken to ensure sufficient temperature on the welding surface
● The welding surface must be clean and dry before welding, and the parts to be welded shall be free of damage, impurities and dirt (such as: Dirt, grease, chips, etc.).
● Ensure the continuity of the welding process. After welding, sufficient natural cooling shall be carried out to ensure the welding quality.
● When pipes or pipe fittings of different SDR series are mutually welded, hot melt connection is not allowed
● Observe the operation condition of the equipment at any time during use, and stop using immediately in case of abnormal noise or overheating
● Keep the equipment clean at all times to prevent electrical failure caused by dust accumulation
